This site describes the services of The Works Consultancy, part of The Works Group: independent audit, and training, running a function or placing a professional to fix what it finds, with the four platform products (Academy, LMS, CRM, ATS). It lets you send an enquiry or chat with us. It does not itself sell anything or take payment.

2. Enquiries and the site chat

Sending an enquiry or using the site chat does not itself create a contract; it starts a conversation with our team, who will follow up by the contact method you give. The site chat is answered by an AI assistant working from published information; it cannot make changes to the website, agree a price, or bind the company to anything.

3. Acceptable use

This site and its content are for your own information and evaluation of our services. Automated bulk collection of the site's content, or attempting to disrupt or interfere with the site or its chat, is not permitted.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, design, and the Works Consultancy name and marks, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or republish it without our written permission.

5. No warranties

This site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will always be available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
