The Works Consultancy
Toolkit

Buy what you need. Connect it when you are ready.

The Works Academy, LMS, CRM and ATS each work, and are paid for, on their own. There is no bundle you are forced into. But a company that opts for all the services gets something extra: the products connect, and records flow between them.

The Works AcademyLive

The Works Academy

The training arm of The Works Group. Solves: a team below standard, trained function by function.

The Works LMSLive

The Works LMS

Learning Management System. Solves: training that never sticks. Self-paced courses, tests, certificates of completion.

The Works CRMIn build

The Works CRM

Customer Relationship Management. Solves: a sales operation nobody can see. Pipeline, scorecards, compliance, on mobile.

The Works ATSIn build

The Works ATS

Applicant Tracking System. Solves: empty desks and slow hiring, built for UAE rules.

How they connect

One record, when you opt in.

Each product has its own company account: the owner assigns seats, sets roles and sees the team's status inside that product. Every product is priced separately, per seat or per course.

i

The scorecard flags it

A KPI scorecard on The Works CRM shows a metric slipping: a close rate, a response time, a compliance gap.

ii

The course is linked

The flagged metric points straight at the exact course on The Works LMS built to fix it.

iii

The agent trains

The agent completes the course, sits the timed exam, and the certificate is issued and verified online.

iv

The record updates

The certificate updates the same scorecard the manager is already watching. The loop closes.

Where it stands

Each product works on its own today. Connecting them is the direction of travel. The ATS is in build and not yet linked; full four-way sync is not live today.
